Through experiential learning in bilateral art therapy and embodied connection practices, participants will explore tools to regulate the nervous system and restore balance.
Sensorimotor bilateral stimulation is a technique that uses rhythmic movements to activate both sides of the brain, promoting emotional regulation and helping to process trauma. In this seminar, we will work with crayons, pastels and colored pencils in small group guided workshops for nervous system regulation and care.

Sundays, Jan 5-25th, 1-3pm in Barre Vermont. Learn how to use bilateral movement strategies to manage stress and regulate your nervous system. This four-week therapy group will explore bilateral and crossing the midline art therapy techniques, help you tap into your sense organ experience, and build community connection.

KAP information Q & A Session for mental health (medical clinicians welcome) clinicians, Thursday June 13 from 6-7pm EST, online.
In response to frequent inquiries from mental health clinicians about Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and on Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy training programs I invite you to participate in this virtual KAP Q & A session!
In efforts to encourage open dialog as our field explores psychedelics in the context of therapy, Ginger will answer questions about KAP in Vermont and share thoughts on potential training programs of interest. Ginger will be joined by Mollie German, LCMHC-ATR-BC and Laura Rabinovitz, LICSW, two clinicians that have had recent experience working with Ginger in the context of KAP interventions.
Clinicians interested in engaging in this information session are encouraged to make a $10 (or more) donation to Fireside Project.
