Why are services at Inner Intelligence Counseling out of network/out of pocket?
There are many benefits for both a therapist and client to engage in payments outside of the insurance model. For a client, paying out of pocket means increased confidentiality, increased flexibility and customized approaches to therapy, access to therapy for overall wellbeing verses illness, and an overall clearer focus on you.
Fees are available on a sliding scale.
$60 – 30 minute skills based session – focus on distress tolerance, movement, guided deep relaxation, and or art therapy skills (90832)
$140-$200 – 53 minute therapy session (90837)
$210-$275 – 90 minute therapy session (90837)
$275-$350 – 120 minute therapy session (90837)
$1,200 Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Package (15-16 hours of psychotherapeutic support based on 3 medicine session model, with preparation, supported medicine sessions and integration)
Super Bills available for any client that wishes to submit therapy bills to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Of Note:
The Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy package rate is oriented towards inclusivity and to help reduce barriers to access. The fees associated with the KAP package are specific to KAP sessions. Full spectrum psychotherapy services are billed at the standard sliding scale of $140-$200 per hour.
In addition to offering a reduced rate for KAP services, honoring the legacy of medicine practices, animals, and people that have nurtured the historical landscape of our experience is vital. Therefore, this counseling practice is engaged in philanthropic efforts to provide ongoing support to the below organizations. We encourage you to consider a donation or act of service to these groups, or others supporting our compassionate evolution.
